Shipping

Where we ship

At launch we ship to the United States, Canada and Australia only. We can't take orders for other countries yet, including South Africa.

How it works

  1. You place your order.
  2. A print partner in or near your region prints your item on demand.
  3. The partner ships it straight to you and you get tracking when it's dispatched.

Typical times (estimates)

Each item is made to order, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Our print partners are sourced through Printify. Exact times depend on the print partner, product and address, and will be shown at checkout once the store opens.

DestinationProductionShipping (after dispatch)
United StatesUsually 2 to 7 business daysUsually 2 to 5 business days (standard, US print partner)
CanadaUsually 2 to 7 business daysFaster with a Canadian print partner; up to 10 to 30 business days if shipped from another country
AustraliaUsually 2 to 7 business daysFaster with an Australian print partner; up to 10 to 30 business days if shipped from another country

These are general ranges based on Printify's published production times (most orders ship within 2 to 7 business days) and shipping options (US standard 2 to 5 business days; international standard 10 to 30 business days), not guarantees. Final shipping prices and times will be confirmed before launch.

Shipping cost

Shipping is added at checkout based on where your order is going, and you see the full total before you pay. Canada and Australia cost more than the US because some items may be printed in another country and sent across the border.

Payment and currency

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card payments will be processed in South African rand (ZAR) by Paystack, and your card's bank converts the amount to your currency, so the final figure on your statement depends on your bank's exchange rate and any fees it charges. PayPal will also be offered.

Customs and duties

Where possible your order is printed inside your own country to avoid import charges. If an item has to cross a border, local import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country's rules.
